Reflection: Church Service-“Glory of God in and out of the “church walls”

Below are some of the songs that we sung during “worship music” time at church this past Sunday (April 2nd 2017), which I had to reflect and share on how God personally spoke to me through each individual song. Feel free to share yours down below…

Music: Karaoke-“Shekinah Glory” by Crazy lil’ Sal creativemusicartsy.wordpress.com

“I Worship You In The Spirit” Shekinah Glory Ministry lyrics

Sal: May this song be a prayer daily! We need more of Him throughout the week (not just on church days). “We want more” (releasing of His power to give us strength or whether for His healing power to be show to the people around you that might need it).
How does this song speak to you?

Music: Karaoke-“Holy Spirit” (originally by Bryan & Katie Torwalt) by Crazy lil’ Sal creativemusicartsy.wordpress.com

Holy Spirit – Bryan and Katie Torwalt – Lyric Video

Sal: Let us bring His presence outside of the “Church” walls! ..to our families, communities, workplace, nations, etc…! After recording this and singing it again, I remembered how this particular verse took out..

“..Help up become more aware of your presence…”

I pray that we all become more aware of your presence and how God is trying to “speak” to us in our daily life circumstances.

How does this song speak to you?

Music: Karaoke-“Come Alive… Dry Bones” (originally by Lauren Daigle) by Crazy lil’ Sal creativemusicartsy.wordpress.com

“Come Alive (Dry Bones)” featuring Lauren Daigle – Live from the CentricWorship Retreat

Sal: I thought of the game of “trench” I used to play at school growing -up on how we had to use a kick ball or something soft (ball) and hit one of our opponents to get freed from the “dungeon” behind enemy lines. We as “believers” need to take an “active” role (e.g. intercessory prayer and asking God how we can “reach out” to them) like this game on “rescuing” fellow brethren who have “backslidden” from their faith.

How does this song speak to you?

Reflection: Church Service-“Breaking that Spiritual Dam”

During worship service this morning at my local church, I shared some thoughts that I felt eager to share with the church body during “shares” after the worship music:

I shared that I’ve been interested in the recent news in Oroville, California…

… and been following up on it. I felt that their is a lot of symbolism with “man-made” dams that have been constructed around the world with our “spiritual” walk. The dams can be a symbolism of “lies” (e.g. “Your not good enough” , You are a loser”, etc..)that has been spoken to each of us in various ways that hinder us to receive more what God can do through us.

Before writing this, I was reminded of this “old-school” worship song..

https://wordpress.com/notifications
Let The River Flow Lyrics Darrell Evans

I feel that we need to let God destroy that “spiritual dam” in our personal lives in order for His “Holy Spirit” to move in us mightier as His children.

What are you currently personally “struggling” with? Do you trust that God will get your through it? I then shared one of the songs that was sung during worship on “I’m NO longer a slave to fear..”, which I shared last year at church that we can substitute “fear” with whatever (e.g. sin, depression, alcohol, deception…

drugs, an orphan, anger, cancer, PTSD, shame , jealousy, greed, stress, bullying, sexual impurity, lost, past, etc..) is keeping you “bondage”.. Keep repeating this to get it in your head until you have been release from these. This is part of meditation w/ God’s word (Bible verses on each one).

After my share, the guest speakers (Dennis & Zoe) from Pillager, MN shared about their recent trip to the Philippines. This family duo modeled how God can use us . They went to the Philippines to minister to the people there in different barangays/villages in various ways (e.g. healing, words of knowedledge, encouragement, etc..) This was such an encouragement for all of that we don’t have to depend on “ministers” or “church leaders” to do God’s work. We all can be used by Him to bring the taste of God’s kingdom on earth.

Hope and pray this will touch you and may God use each of us mightily in these days and please pray for the people of Oroville and the communities in the valley downstream of the #Orovillespillway or #Orovilledam. Feel free to share your thoughts, prayer requests, etc..

“..“Lady Gaga’s performance ranks as a solid No. 2 next to the late Prince. Her decision to focus on unity, instead of a Trump divide was the right card to be played. From the rooftop performance to the drones, her performance embodied what truly makes America great,” Tony Cutillo, Real Sports Insider and Fantasy Sports Expert told FOX Business.

Lady Gaga SUPER BOWL LI Halftime Show Channels LUCIFER – Illuminati Alchemical Ritual EXPOSED

The Illuminati are a group of men who believe that they have descended from an ET race. The Biblical account of Genesis 6 describes those who mated with human women, and bore giants. The strange reality is that the Illuminists believe that they are the sons of God, and by proxy, the descendants of the Nephilim. All of this has become public. And at the 2017 Super Bowl Halftime show, it was no different. Lucifer was exonerated and worshiped by Lady Gaga, and millions of unsuspecting Americans and citizens of the world.

Today’s performance at the Super Bowl 2017 Patriots vs. The Falcons, Lady Gaga performed the half time show as Lucifer / Anti-Christ / Satan / Devil in a show packed with subliminal Luciferian / Illuminati / Freemason Symbolism.

Edit: Since this performance is centred around Revelation 9.11, it has become apparent to me that the twin towers destruction are represented on the stage – makes a lot of sense. Very disturbing that the nation watches this without even realising. That’s the nature of witchcraft. Thanks for the heads up. God bless”

He said moreover, This is their resemblance through all the earth. 7And, behold, there was lifted up a talent of lead: and this is a woman that sitteth in the midst of the ephah. 8And he said, This is wickedness. And he cast it into the midst of the ephah; and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof. 9Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven. 10Then said I to the angel that talked with me, Whither do these bear the ephah? 11And he said unto me, To build it an house in the land of Shinar: and it shall be established, and set there upon her own base.”

Daniel’s Vision of the Ram and Goat
1In the third year of the reign of king Belshazzar a vision appeared unto me, even unto me Daniel, after that which appeared unto me at the first. 2And I saw in a vision; and it came to pass, when I saw, that I was at Shushan in the palace, which is in the province of Elam; and I saw in a vision, and I was by the river of Ulai. 3Then I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, there stood before the river a ram which had two horns: and the two horns were high; but one was higher than the other, and the higher came up last. 4I saw the ram pushing westward, and northward, and southward; so that no beasts might stand before him, neither was there any that could deliver out of his hand; but he did according to his will, and became great.

5And as I was considering, behold, an he goat came from the west on the face of the whole earth, and touched not the ground: and the goat had a notable horn between his eyes. 6And he came to the ram that had two horns, which I had seen standing before the river, and ran unto him in the fury of his power. 7And I saw him come close unto the ram, and he was moved with choler against him, and smote the ram, and brake his two horns: and there was no power in the ram to stand before him, but he cast him down to the ground, and stamped upon him: and there was none that could deliver the ram out of his hand. 8Therefore the he goat waxed very great: and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; and for it came up four notable ones toward the four winds of heaven.

9And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land. 10And it waxed great, even to the host of heaven; and it cast down some of the host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them. 11Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of his sanctuary was cast down. 12And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised, and prospered. 13Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot? 14And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.

Reflection: Church Service-“Spirit Move~Freedom of Change””

This past Sunday, my local church had some guest speakers after a weekend conference (Friday’s notes & Saturday’s notes) for women in our fellowship community. I was actually personally praying for this weekend conference for God to personally touch my sisters in the Lord. Well, I came to church yesterday morning after unintentionally staying up too late. I was so blessed that I had to share…

Here were the songs Cherish led our church family into praise and songs…dancing too!

“Freedom in this place..”

“We Want Change in the Spirit”…open my eyes to see , my ears to hear..on what your saying God…to me”

MCC: Worship Service with Cherish

“Bringing order, bringing life….Father you know best”

“Consuming Raging Fire”…fire, fire, You are our consuming fire”..burn me up, burn me up,….consume me, consume me,…He is residing in me”.
-return to the 1st love
During worship, I felt some spoken words to me, so I had to write these down..

“I’m royalty, I have destiny…I’m waking now, it’s time to shine. I was born for such a time as this..”

“We worship you Jesus…let everything that has breath praise the Lord”

“My determined purpose is to know You”…

“waves” (look in the concordance Bible on this word)

“8”For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD.”Isaiah 55

Other Songs led by Cherish:

Q: God’s ready, are you?
A: feet of readiness (Ephesians 6)

This was a word that led me to write this..

“You feel you are not significant, stop comparing/measuring (2 Corinthians 10) yourself with others around you. You are significant (see 1 Corinthians 12) and loved in God’s eyes

“my determined purpose is to know your Word”

Word-“freedom”

Sports: Minnesota Vikings-NFC Wild Card Playoff Game Reflection

“Picture of Training Camp (August 2009)”

Monday, January 11th 2016– I’m no expert in football as I never played an “organized” game. However, I did play pick-up games in school and in my neighborhood growing up. I love playing the sport and watching it too. I’ve been a Vikings fan since I can remember growing-up as I started to get into it through peers (e.g. football cards). I decided to share my personal thoughts as a Minnesota Viking fan of yesterday’s heart breaker game. First of all, they had a great season (11-5) and congratulations on winning the NFC North last weekend by beating our own rivals (Green Bay Packers) at Lambeau Field!

My heart goes to Blair Walsh as I cannot “totally” relate as I’ve never was a kicker or a organized football player. However, as a person that played baseball in high school, I had “many” mistakes. One that has stuck out at times was making a “mistake” as a pinch runner and got caught leading off 3rd base, which was the 3rd out. If I stayed in a safe distance, I could’ve scored a key run in the game against the best team (Cretin Durham Hall) in our conference (St. Paul Conference). Yeah, it was NO big deal as it was just a J.V. game, but it really broke my self-esteem as a sophomore in high school. Anyways, this is my only way I can related to Walsh.

An NFL kicking expert explains what happened on the Blair Walsh miss ftw.usatoday.com
“Blair Walsh missed a short field goal in the closing seconds of the Vikings-Seahawks NFC wild-card game on Sunday, a miss that cost his team the win. Eager to understand what happened, I reached out to my old friend Chuck Zodda, who is a former college kicker and writer for Inside the Pylon.

We talked about whether Walsh kicking the laces made a difference, how the weather affected Walsh, and how he rebounds from this….

I watched the swing a few times right away, and the technique looked clean all the way. The problem that I saw is that the plant foot of Walsh was a little too close to the ball, and because of that, his foot did sort of hook around the ball a little bit. That essentially caused the ankle impact there. From my perspective, the plant foot being a little too close there was probably what did it.

That being said, there are a lot of things that could have happened that would be impossible for you or me to know having not been there. The kick before was almost blocked by Richard Sherman coming around the edge, so maybe Walsh speeds up his mechanics a little bit to try and avoid that. You have icy conditions out there, so maybe it’s a case where he’s just trying to make a solid plant, and he ends up in the wrong place because he’s changing his mechanics just that little bit. All these things could have factored in, but it’s impossible for us to know.

The icy conditions were really the X-factor here. Was Walsh keeping his leg warm? Was that a factor?

The NFL does a lot to keep players warm on the sidelines. You’ve got heated benches. Even on those benches, you’ve got areas where players can click in to keep their feet at least a little bit heated up. But when it’s -4 degrees out, there’s only so much a heated seat and foot warmers can do.

When I was kicking in college, the coldest I ever kicked in was probably 20 or 25 degrees, and even then, it’s like kicking a brick. If you make contact with the laces like that? I wouldn’t be surprised if you look at Walsh’s foot today and saw bruises up and down because of how hard it was. It’s a heavy ball, you don’t have a lot of feeling in your feet, and it’s not an easy situation to kick in…”

Sal: I just played indoor soccer several weeks ago and didn’t have the best shoes. Every time I kicked the ball, it hurt the side of my feet. I just can’t imagine Walsh’s feet after successfully kicking 3 field goals (the only points for the Vikings) in that cold weather yesterday. I’m sure his feet was already in pain and this probably played a factor.

Former Viking Nate Burleson offers heartfelt support for Blair Walsh foxsports.com

“●To @blairwalsh_3 (@blairwalsh3 twitter) I know today seems like a dark day in your athletic career but you will bounce back better & stronger from this brotha. You have kicked game winners before and will make game winners in the future. And not to mention you were a huge part of why the Vikes were in the game with 3 field goals so hold your head high. ●Now to all the so called fans who have taking to social media to put him down, curse out and threaten him & his family please take a long look in the mirror. If ya’ll had your mistakes on grand display for the world to see, would you want thousands of people tearing you down with harsh words & threats. No! We have to be a little bit more sensitive to one another in the moments in which we fail. If we can’t lean eachother to encourage us through the dark times than we are lost as a society. Trust me there is nobody that feels worst than Blair Walsh right now so let’s try to build instead of destroy. “~Nate Burleson

Blair Walsh is human, so let’s treat him that way
1:32 AM ET

Kevin SeifertNFL Nation espn.go.com
“…it is not shameful, of course. It was human. There no doubt will be plenty of grumbling from football Neanderthals about kickers, from people who expect perfection in kicking but overlook errors by position players. In what was not the finest public moment of his career, coach Mike Zimmer snapped: “The snap was maybe a little high, but it’s a chip shot. He’s got to make it.”…

“I caught it and the laces were straight back,” Locke said. “I don’t know if it was me not feeling comfortable enough to spin it with the slick ball, but I’ve got to at least get the laces out of his eyes.”

Walsh was still wiping away tears as Locke spoke. It was contagious. Eyes welled up all around him. This was pain. It mattered. And it was a reminder that, in an era when cynicism about professional sports has hit new heights, some people still do truly care. Remember that as you relive Blair Walsh’s very public mistake for the next eight month..”

How the movie “Frozen” spoke to me?

I finally had the chance to see the popular movieFrozen” for the first time yesterday. It was a special public “sing-a-long” (see short video) at the local campus. I’ve loved the song “Let it go” since it was frequently played on the radio and never knew it was from this movie until awhile after when I asked a co-worker. I did a karaoke version of this song this past summer too…

“Let it Go” (Kaoroke by Sal July 14′) in “Frozen” (14′ Winter “cold” Season ) w/Lyrics

After watching the movie, I’m now more understanding of this song as it became more meaningful to me personally. As I watched the movie, I did a lot of self-reflection and life symbolism (this grows when one meditates God’s Word in an almost daily basis and views almost everything symbolically). If you haven’t watched the movie, you might want to stop reading this blog as this might be a spoiler. I never knew what the whole story/plot of “Frozen” was, so I was watching with uncertainty on what will happen next.

The first scene of the movie, Anna and Elsa are playing like any other kids would be doing. Unfortunately, Anna got hurt for overplaying, which I remember getting hurt many times as a kid. It was a scene many of us can relate. I saw the injury as an almost concussion symptom with a head injury due to the fall accident. I almost got serious injured when I was playing (trying to pretend I was Superman) as a kid. I was trying to use a blanket as my flying robe as I slid down the handrails (4-6″ wide) of my parents’ 2-story house. Somehow, the blanket got caught and stuck, which caused me to fall almost a floor down. I hit the stairs down below pretty hard with my back landing on the curvature of one of the stairs below. I couldn’t breathe for a while as I landed on the right spot, which my parents came running out of the kitchen. They asked what happened and if I was ok, I tried to yell as loud as I can-“Yes, I’m o-k” (barely could say it as I was having trouble breathing) in a small voice. My parents went back to the kitchen and I then started to get up aching and relieved that my parents didn’t know what “really happened”. I look back years later and more thankful that I didn’t get severely hurt.

Anyways getting back to the movie, the popular song -“Let is Go” became more meaningful after I watched the movie. Elsa goes out to the mountains and starts building her own ice palace, so she can live by herself as she’s afraid of hurting more people with her powers (gifts). How this scene spoke to me is the part when she sings “let it go”, which I personally feel we need to get out there and use our God-given gifts..for “good” of course. Sometimes, we can use our “gifts” for “bad”. There is that freedom when we do use our gifts! What talents, skills, or gifts do you feel you have? Are you using them (e.g. workplace, church, family, etc..) ? …Using it to praise oneself or giving it glory to God?

The character that I personally somewhat identified myself with was Kristoff. There was a scene when Kristoff explained to Anna why he’s the way he is, which is due to isolating himself from the others because people can be so mean. I had a season like Kristoff (just wanted to just hangout with Sven…”Exclusive: Disney’s frozen Clip “Reindeers are better than people“)…

years ago when I just got “tired” of being “nice” to people as “they” have taken advantaged of my “niceness” (e.g. financially). I just wanted to put a wall (e.g. “No Man Is An Island
Tenth Avenue North
“) and isolate myself. I started to just “keep to myself” in various ways, which in isolation-one can get oneself in trouble by doing things (e.g. sin) one shouldn’t be doing in the “dark”.

Towards the end of the movie, Anna is still suffering and is about to die as her heart is getting cold. In order for her to live, she need someone to kiss her that loves her too. In the middle of the movie, one would thought it would be Hans. As the movie progressed, the relationship grew between Anna and Kristoff. In the scene where Kristoff finally finds Anna on the frozen bay, Anna notices her sister (Elsa) is about to get killed by Hans. Anna runs to go between the sword of Hans and Elsa, which she freezes exactly in time to stop the in-coming sword. I would later saw this as symbol of how Jesus Christ sacrificed Himself for “us”. However, Elsa hugs Anna and this love melts the ice and warms her heart to live again. After the movie, I went to a special church workshop on healing. The teacher would encourage us to have more compassion for the people we were praying for healing. I then started to reflect this ending scene of Frozen on the power of love can bring healing!

GoodnewsEverybody.com Movie: Passion for Christ-Music, Reflection, Scenes, Stories, Testimonies, etc…

The Passion of the Christ Full Movie I (Sal) just saw the movie “Passion for Christ” last night (March of 2004) with my local church’s homegroup Bible Study. There is so much to reflect on that I decided to make another page on this. Yes, I humbly admit that I got tearied…ok..a little more than just tearied, which I can’t remember I’ve done this last in a movie theatre since “Titanic” (see love story). My eyes were less teary in Titanic not just because of the sad story, but my compassion was for more of the dead that didn’t know Jesus before they died

Below are some topics that stood out for me personally, which I would like to share with you chronological order as much as possible from scene to scene as you might have similar thoughts on these too…

Question: What are your reflections from the “Passion of Christ”?
